Selection Process & Exam Pattern Details

• Stage 1: Written Examination (360 Marks) : Objective test with 120 MCQs (30 General Knowledge + 90 Subject Specific) for 2 Hours duration. Each correct answer carries +3 marks, with -1 negative marking per incorrect answer.
• Stage 2: Interview / Personality Test (40 Marks) : Interview round for shortlisted candidates to assess subject proficiency and teaching aptitude.
• Stage 3: Document Verification : Verification of original credentials and identity documents.
