• Minimum Age Limit : 17 Years
• Maximum Age Limit : 35 Years
• Age Relaxation : Upper age relaxation admissible for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) as per Uttar Pradesh ANM Training admission rules.

Selection Process & Admission Guidelines

• Selection Mode : Admission is made purely on the basis of merit list prepared from the aggregate percentage of marks scored in High School (10th) and Intermediate (10+2).
• No Entrance Examination : There is no separate written test or entrance exam conducted for this ANM training program.
• Merit List Publication : The Department has published the list of shortlisted candidates on 18 September 2026.
• Reporting & Verification : Selected candidates must report to their allotted ANM Training Centre along with original certificates, medical fitness certificate, caste/domicile proofs, and passport photographs within the stipulated counselling window.

• Visit the official website of the Directorate of Medical and Health Services, UP at dgmhup.gov.in.
• Navigate to the “ANM Training Admissions 2026” section on the home page.
• Click on the link titled “Selected Candidate List / Merit List for ANM Training 2026”.
• The merit list PDF containing candidate names, roll numbers, category, marks, and allotted ANMTC will be downloaded.
• Search your Application Number or Name using Ctrl + F and note down your allotted training centre for further reporting.
