Air Force Group Y/ Medical Assistant Airmen Intake 02/2027 Recruitment: Educational qualification

• Medical Assistant Trade: Candidates who have passed the 10+2 / Intermediate / Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from educational boards recognized by Central, State and UT departments, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and with 50% marks in English, are eligible for this recruitment. OR
• Candidates have completed a two-year vocational course covering non-vocational subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from Central, State and UT recognized education boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
• Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy): Candidates with a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy. The candidate must have passed an Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent examination of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with an aggregate minimum of 50% marks and 50% marks in English. In addition, a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy with an aggregate of minimum 50% marks and valid registration with State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrollment is a mandatory requirement for this recruitment.

Air Force Group Y / Medical Assistant Airmen Intake 02/2027 Online form: physical fitness

• Physical Fitness Test (PFT):
• For candidates up to 21 years of age, run 1.6 km within 7 minutes.
• For candidates above 21 years of age and with a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy: A 1.6 km run to be completed within 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
• Candidates will have to complete 10 push ups, 10 sit ups And 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify for the physical fitness test.
• Height: Minimum 152.5 cm
• Misuse – Should be well proportioned and well developed, with a minimum expansion of 5 cm.
• Hearing: The candidate must have normal hearing, i.e. be able to hear forced whispers from a distance of 6 meters, using each ear separately.
• Weight: In relation to height and age as applicable for IAF.
• Dental: Must have healthy gums, good teeth and at least 14 teeth points.
• Visual Standards: 6/36 per eye, correctable to 6/9 per eye; Maximum Refractive Error Limits Not greater than +3.50D, including astigmatism.
