Fixed Honorarium:
Rs. 35,750/- Per Month

• Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject (Provided the candidate has studied the concerned subject at Graduation level).
• AND B.Ed. Degree from an NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks.
• OR 4-Year integrated degree course / 3-Year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. with at least 50% marks from an NCTE recognized institution.
• Proficiency in teaching through Hindi and English medium.

Fixed Honorarium:
Rs. 34,125/- Per Month

• Bachelor’s / Honors Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject / combination of subjects and in aggregate, along with B.Ed. with at least 50% marks.
• OR 4-Year integrated degree course with at least 50% marks including B.Ed. component.
• TET Qualified: Must have passed UPTET / CTET (Paper-II) conducted by the Government.
• Competence to teach through English and Hindi media.

Selection Criteria & Marks Weightage Scheme

• Selection Mode : Academic & Professional Qualifications Merit (75 Marks) + Personal Interaction / Interview (25 Marks) = Total 100 Marks.
• Weightage for PGT (75 Marks) : Essential Qualification (40 Marks), B.Ed. (10 Marks), Higher Qualification Ph.D./M.Phil./M.Ed. (10 Marks), Teaching Experience in Govt/Recognized School (15 Marks).
• Weightage for TGT (75 Marks) : Essential UG Qualification (40 Marks), B.Ed. (5 Marks), Higher Qualification (10 Marks), CTET/UPTET Score (5 Marks), Teaching Experience (15 Marks).
• Personal Interaction (25 Marks) : Evaluates Subject Knowledge (4), Teaching Abilities (4), Personality & General Awareness (4), Communication Skills (4), ICT Skills (4), Language Proficiency (2), and Past Ethics/Achievements (3).

How to Apply & Submission Guidelines

• Download the prescribed Application Form format from the official district portal muzaffarnagar.nic.in or collect it from the Assistant Labour Commissioner office.
• Fill out all personal, contact, educational, and professional experience details in the application form carefully.
• Attach self-attested photocopies of all educational mark sheets, degrees/certificates, experience certificates, caste certificate, domicile certificate, and photo ID proof.
• Attach 02 self-addressed envelopes affixed with requisite postal stamps for Speed Post / Registered Post communication.
• Clearly write on top of the main envelope: “Application for the post of Teacher PGT / TGT (Subject Name) in Atal Awasiya Vidyalaya”.
• Send the complete application by Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier or submit in person before 07 September 2026 (05:00 PM) to the following address:
