Council of School Education (BSEH), has released the Exam date up official website for the recruitment of PRT, TGT, PGT messages. The exam is taken from July 4 – 5, 2026. The HTET application process started on December 24, 2025and candidates could submit their forms till January 5, 2026. Candidates can their Exam date with their help Registration number, registration number or date of birth by logging in to the portal. The direct link can be found below.

Level 1 (basic teacher)
  • 10+2 Average with 50% marks and passed/appearing 2-year diploma in primary education/special education/BEEd OR
  • 10+2 Average with 45% marks and passed/appearing 2-year diploma in primary education/special education/BEEd OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field and passed/emerging 2-year diploma in Primary Education/Special Education/BEEd
Level 2 (TGT teacher)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 50% marks and 2 year diploma in Primary Education OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and B.Ed / special B.Ed degree OR
  • 10+2 with 50% marks and 4 years BA B.Ed / B.Com B.Ed degree.
