• Selection Stages : Paper-I (Computer Based Examination)

• Paper-I Exam Pattern (100 Questions | 100 Marks | 60 Minutes) :
  • Reasoning: 25 Qs (25 Marks | 15 Min Sectional Timer)
  • General Knowledge / Awareness: 25 Qs (25 Marks | 15 Min Sectional Timer)
  • Quantitative Aptitude: 25 Qs (25 Marks | 15 Min Sectional Timer)
  • English Comprehension: 25 Qs (25 Marks | 15 Min Sectional Timer)
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
• Paper-II Pattern : Reasoning (20 Qs | 40 Marks), GK (20 Qs | 40 Marks), Quant (20 Qs | 40 Marks) [Combined 1 Hour with 20 min sectional timer each], and English Comprehension (100 Qs | 200 Marks | 1 Hour). Negative marking: 0.50 marks per wrong answer.
• NCC Bonus Marks : NCC ‘C’ Certificate (5% marks), NCC ‘B’ (3% marks), and NCC ‘A’ (2% marks) added to normalized scores of Paper-I & Paper-II.

Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Endurance Test (PET)

• Male Height & Chest (General/OBC/SC) : Height 170 cm; Chest 80 cm (unexpanded) to 85 cm (expanded).
• Male Hill Areas / ST : Hill Area Male: 165 cm (Chest 80-85 cm); ST Male: 162.5 cm (Chest 77-82 cm).
• Female Height : General Female: 157 cm; Hill Area Female: 155 cm; ST Female: 154 cm (No chest measurement for females).
• Male PET Events : 100m race in 16 sec, 1.6 Km race in 6.5 min, Long Jump 3.65m (3 chances), High Jump 1.2m (3 chances), Shot Put (16 Lbs) 4.5m (3 chances).
• Female PET Events : 100m race in 18 sec, 800m race in 4 min, Long Jump 2.7m (3 chances), High Jump 0.9m (3 chances).

How to Fill SSC CPO SI Online Application Form 2026

• Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.gov.in or download the ‘mySSC’ mobile application.
• Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) using mobile number and email ID (Aadhaar-based authentication is strongly recommended).
• Log in to your candidate dashboard, go to the “Latest Notifications” tab, and click on “Apply” under Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination 2026.
• Select three preferred examination centers, choose the medium of examination, and specify NCC certificate details (if applicable).
• Capture a real-time live photograph with a plain background, good lighting, and without cap/glasses/mask.
• Upload your scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB, dimensions 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm).
• Pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- online (exempted for all Female, SC, ST, and ESM candidates).
• Submit the online application on or before 30 September 2026 and take a printout of the final confirmation form for future reference.
