SPMCIL Exam Pattern & Selection Process
- Selection Weightage : Online Test carries 75% Weightage and Personal Interview carries 25% Weightage.
- Online Examination Structure (120 Questions – 150 Marks – Time: 120 Mins) :• Professional Knowledge : 60 Qs / 90 Marks
• General Awareness : 15 Qs / 15 Marks
• English Language : 15 Qs / 15 Marks
• Logical Reasoning : 15 Qs / 15 Marks
• Quantitative Aptitude : 15 Qs / 15 Marks
- Negative Marking Penalty : 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted for every incorrect response.
- CBT Minimum Qualifying Marks : 45% for UR/EWS, 40% for OBC, and 35% for SC/ST. Shortlisting for interview will be done in a 1:4 ratio.
- Service Bond : Selected recruits at E-1 and E-2 levels must execute a Service Bond of Rs. 3,000,00/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 years.

- Fill in all personal details, academic marks, and post-qualification experience metrics accurately.
- Upload scanned images: Passport Photo (20-50 KB JPG), Signature in black ink (20-50 KB), Left Thumb Impression (20-50 KB), Handwritten Declaration (50-100 KB), and PDF copies of educational/experience certificates (100 KB to 1 MB).
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 1000/- for General/OBC/EWS or Rs. 200/- intimation charges for SC/ST/PwBD online via Debit/Credit card, Net Banking, or UPI.
